APC and publication support statement
Why APC support exists
APC support is intended to keep articles openly available to readers,
strengthen dissemination, increase research visibility, and improve
long-term scholarly impact through broader discoverability and access.
Publication support also contributes to editorial processing,
digital hosting, archiving, metadata preparation, and the
maintenance of an accessible journal platform for global readers.
Equity and foundation mission
The foundation also supports Asia-Pacific youth cultural and
educational activities as part of its broader public mission.
Authors from economically disadvantaged regions, youth-led teams,
or hardship circumstances are encouraged to contact the journal
for APC discount consideration or case-specific support.
Discount requests can be sent to the editorial office and will
be reviewed individually.
